In celebration of Dublin City of Science 2012, The Ark presents an interactive art exhibition and indoor Rooftop Art Garden space at The Ark, Temple Bar.
Including a facilitated creative space, a shoal of 150 recycled metal fish, floating nests built with materials scavenged from the city, a food-chain game, tactile felt lichen, a laser snail trail, a chance to create a new species of butterfly and a programme of special events.
Open to children and families from 23 June – 6 August 2012
Awakening Curiosity will celebrate Dublin City of Science 2012 and provides a very special opportunity for young children (ages 2 – 12) to play a part in the Dublin City of Science 2012 programme; investigating and responding to both art and science in The Ark’s beautiful purpose-built space. Tickets for children cost €4, and parents, grandparents and anyone bringing children can come for free.
